Terms and Agreement

We take pride in offering a quality and comfortable home that all our guest can enjoy. For their comfort and to help welcome all our guests, we ask that you review our policies  before making your reservation.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN or on the rental property. Tenants must also comply with any and all smoking restrictions in or around the Common Areas or Common Facilities. Evidence of smoking in or near the Rental Property will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fees being charged to the Security Deposit Credit Card(s).
PETS ARE ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED IN THE RENTAL PROPERTY. Any evidence of pets in the Rental Property may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all amounts paid, and additional cleaning fees being charged to the Security Deposit Credit Card(s).NO Firearms or Fireworks are permitted at any time.
USE RESTRICTIONS: Property is not to be used for parties in or around the rental property, or in any common areas or facilities, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests. Primary Tenant must be at least 25 years old. Agent may require proof of Primary Tenants’ age as demonstrated by a valid driver’s license, passport or other government-issued photo identification. If Agent discovers that the Primary Tenant fails to meet this minimum age requirement, Agent may immediately evict all Tenants and the guests of any Tenant, and all payments made by any Primary Tenant will be immediately forfeited. The person(s) signing the contract must be present during the rental period. 
ARRIVAL CONDITION: The home is inspected for cleanliness before your arrival. Please report anything that is not in acceptable condition within one hour of your arrival. Anything not reported in that time frame will be deemed acceptable.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.  We would prefer renters not move furniture, but if you do, please put it back to its original location.
Only use appliances for their intended uses
Do not flush paper towels, diapers or feminine products down the toilets.
Home Port provides linens, bath towels, hair dryers, liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags and starter paper towels(2) & toilet paper(2 per). Please bring toiletries.
If you intend to go to enjoy the water, we suggest you bring beach towels however we do provide some for your use. Please do not use the towels from the bathrooms.
Extra pillows and blankets are in each room or in the closet on the 2nd floor.
Washer/Dryer located on 1st floor. Please ensure that the dryer lint catcher is cleaned out before/after each use.Regular Coffee Pot along with a Keurig Unit is provided.
Each floor has its own thermostat. Directions on adjusting are included in the welcome paperwork you’ll receive upon check in.Internal Door Locks:
Rooms that are locked are owner’s private storage and should not be accessed.Housekeeping: 
There is no daily housekeeping service.
Please clean all pots, pans, bake ware, utensils and electrical appliances and run dishwasher before departure.
Please take or dispose of all food items in refrigerator and cabinets. Garbage: Large trash and recycle (blue lid) containers are located by the back garage.  Please place all trash and recycle in containers before departure. 
Damage:  Renter is responsible for missing or damaged items.Lost & Found Policy: Owner is not responsible for any lost items but if you believe you may have left something behind, please contact us immediately. We will follow up with our cleaning providers. Cost to ship items to renters home address will be provided at the cost of the tenant if needed.
Check In/Check Out: Check In is after 3p on the 1st day of your booking and Check Out is 10am.  Due to the time needed to clean the house for we rarely are able to make exceptions to these times.
Parking: Home Port shares a parking lot with nearby businesses. There are 3 dedicated parking spots closets to the back entrance of the house. If you need more than 3 spots, please let us know prior to your arrival.
Property Entry: Enter from the back of house, using the door from the sidewalk leading to the back parking lot. The Entry Code to the property will sent to the primary booking e-mail shortly before your arrival. The code will be available only during the time of your booking (check in time to check out time.)Cancellation:
Bookings may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to check in for 100% refund of any deposit. Any bookings cancelled less than 60 days but more than 30 days will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Any cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable.
Departure: Please make sure the property is left as you found it. Our Cleaning Service will handle the general cleaning.  Turn off lights, TV’s and Appliances. Please return the Heat/AC to setting upon arrival.  Please close & lock all Doors & Windows.

Cancellation Policies

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 30 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If canceled within 60 days of arrival
